Who signed it

The Windows installer is signed by Greymass Inc. as C=CA, ST=British Columbia, L=Vancouver, O=Greymass Inc., CN=Greymass Inc., issued by Sectigo RSA Code Signing CA. The signature carries a timestamp, so it stays valid over time.

The macOS app is code-signed, with Apple's hardened runtime applied to every helper process.

Using a Ledger?

You don't need the desktop app. Plug it into your browser and use Anchor there.
